Day in the Sun

Ravine Waterpark

This summer, soak up the sun and make lasting memories at the Ravine Waterpark Paso Robles. Here are some tips to help you plan a great trip.

Tickets

Purchase your Ravine water park tickets and reserve cabana space.

Food

When you spend a full day at the Ravine Waterpark, you’ll surely work up an appetite. While no outside food or drinks are permitted (and clear water bottles only, please), several park restaurants cater to all tastes.

  • Tiki Bar and Grill: Tucked near the park entrance, this outdoor cafe features plenty of oak-shaded seating and live music on summer Saturdays. The menu includes burgers, sandwiches, salads, pizza slices and other comfort-food favorites, along with cool drinks (including beer and wine), smoothies and ice cream treats.
  • The Sandbar: Set closer to the water features and fun, this casual window serves burgers, hot dogs, pizzas and drinks.
  • Sidewinder Ice Cream Booth: On hot summer days, this booth dishes up Dreyer’s by the cup or cone, plus shakes, malts, shaved ice, smoothies and more.

Parking

  • For free Ravine parking, enter near Barney Schwartz Park and use the lot on the south side of Highway 46.
  • ADA, cabana and preferred parking are available to the north of Highway 46, near the park’s front entrance. Spaces are $5 per day. (Please note, these spaces fill quickly on busy days.)

Cabana Rentals

Ravine Paso Robles rents private cabanas that accommodate families and groups of 8 to 14 people. There are three sizes available throughout the water park, and each rental includes full-day cabana use plus one preferred parking spot. Cabanas have a table, chairs and plenty of shade. A server takes your food and drink orders between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., so there’s no waiting in line, and orders are delivered directly to your space.

Cabana rates range from $149 to $189 per day (park admission and food and drink purchases are not included in the rental price). These cabanas often sell out for the season, so make your reservation early! By booking in advance, you’ll also guarantee your free parking space near the park entrance.

Amenities

If you don’t reserve a cabana, you can still arrive early and claim a free lounge chair to use throughout your stay. The Ravine offers free day use of life vests and tubes, too, and you can bring your own towels or rent them for $5 each. If you forget any essentials at home, swing by Bongo’s Beach Shop. The on-site store sells sunscreen, water toys, flip-flops, towels, snacks, goggles, swim diapers and other basics.

For fun on dry land, tee off at Jungle Treasure. The Ravine Waterpark’s new miniature golf course brings 18 holes of adventure to the Kool Vibes Event Center. It’s free to play with park admission.
