What Could Be More Fun Than A Halloween Party In A Castle?

The 2017 HALLOWEEN HARVEST COSTUME BALL marks the inauguration of what is quickly evolving into the biggest and most spectacular Halloween experience on the California Central Coast. This event takes place at the iconic Tooth & Nail Winery castle in Paso Robles. This is a 21-and-older costume ball that requires full costume regalia for all guests. There are a limited number of VIP and General Admission tickets offered to the public, so purchase your tickets now to guarantee an invite to the scariest Halloween bash in the area.

The first of many to come, this year’s soiree is being touted as a spectacularly immersive, Hollywood-caliber production. The spooky, castle-themed gala is the brainchild of local artist and entrepreneur Brad Golden. Golden and wife, Jennifer, have produced other successful events including the 2016 California Central Coast Blues Jam last October, at the castle which brought together 15 local bands.

In 2016, Golden approached the executive staff at the castle about partnering for a Halloween-themed function. Brad saw the need for an upscale, refined, adult-oriented event in San Luis Obispo County for adults during Halloween. He proposed the concept of a sophisticated costume ball unlike anything ever before with an emphasis on a realistic, Disneyland-like transformation of the castle. The Tooth & Nail staff loved the idea and the two companies immediately began collaborating. The first order of business was to select locally esteemed non-profit must! Charities in Templeton California who will benefit from 10% of net proceeds.

There are many surprises and experiences in store for attendees. The production team will transform the castle into a realistic, haunted castle.

This year’s party will include interactive props, creepy fog, dramatic lighting, spooky sound effects and professionally trained actors, including world renowned mentalist and magician, Rich Ferguson, featured on The Ellen Show, Late Night with Jay Leno and has millions of YouTube subscribers. Rich will be roaming the castle and astonishing guests all night with his trickery and illusions.

Joining Rich both nights will be the talented Sabrina Lovell, a highly attuned Psychic and Tarot Card Reader of 30 plus years, who will be giving complimentary readings to guests throughout the night. Additionally, Master of Ceremonies and DJ, Paul Thompson will keep the castle pumping with dance tunes and select Halloween-themed music and sound effects. Tommy Harris of Harris Stage Lines in Paso Robles will be our Headless Horseman, greeting guests at the front gate.

There will be a costume competition both nights offering $250 CASH PRIZES for each of five categories:

1. Scariest
2. Funniest
3. Sexiest
4. Most Original
5. Best Couple

As guests enter the castle, they will be met with light bites and sweet treats provided by local area-favorite eateries. The tasting room will be exclusively reserved for VIPs and transformed into an Apothecary, where wine by the glass will be for sale (after the first complimentary VIP glass), as well as tableside service, horror d’oeurves and sweet treats.

The Library, located just off the foyer, will be remodeled into a torture chamber with authentic replicas of interactive contraptions like a 13-foot guillotine, a stretcher torture rack and a full blown electric chair where guests can strap in and take fun photos!
