Celebrating Harvest 2018

Can you taste the grapes? Can you smell the juice? Can you feel the stickiness on your fingers? It’s harvest time in Paso.

Harvest is the wine world’s Fourth of July. One of the best ways to experience this special time is with the Paso Robles Harvest Wine Weekend. Held over the weekend of October 19-21, nearly all 200-plus wineries in Paso will be hosting special events. From gourmet intimate winemaker dinners to corn hole tournaments, there are literally scores of ways to help celebrate this glorious time. Our friends at the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance have a great listing of all the activities at each winery. Happy Harvest!

Thanks to moderate temperatures the first signs of grape harvest kicked off in September with activities lasting through October. The excitement for the 2018 vintage is contagious as the crisp mornings, late sunrises and the turning of colors remind us of the changing season.

You’ll spot winemakers with their red-stained hands, harvest beards, and folks with tired eyes but twinkles of optimism, as early indicators show 2018 is shaping up to be a great vintage.

Join us Harvest Wine Weekend – October 19 – 21 – and experience for yourself the passion for Paso.
